A second great experience this year! After leasing a 2019 ES 350 from Mary Margaret McGowan (with the assistance of Steve Budde) four months ago, we decided we wanted to look at their L/C After leasing a 2019 ES 350 from Mary Margaret McGowan (with the assistance of Steve Budde) four months ago, we decided we wanted to look at their L/Certified GX 460 SUVs to replace our other car. I worked with Mary throughout the day on Monday, almost exclusively via email while she was helping other customers in the showroom. She was extremely responsive and did a great job of working a good deal for us on a car we hadn't even yet seen in person. She was also able to provide a preliminary estimate on our trade-in. All of this, and credit approval, were completed before I left the office for the day so I stopped by on my way home and met with Mary Margaret and Steve. I looked at the GX 460 (it looked great overall!), test drove it, closed the sale (with Sinh Pham, again!) and received my vehicle orientation before 6:00pm! I could not have been happier with the process and we are very happy to now be a 2-Lexus family. I will probably (hopefully!) wait more than four months before going back for another car, but I certainly expect to be back when it's time to replace one of these vehicles. I highly recommend Mary Margaret! More
