I appreciate that you cannot work with a customer on price as much as you could a few months ago inasmuch as you are not receiving as many cars to sell. His relationship with Mary Margaret McGowan is a seamless association for the good of the customer, themselves, and Lexus. Ms. McGowan was my principal contact. She is good enough to have generated a trusting relationship. Her effort to make the actions and responses of Lexus' management transparent was admirable and helpful.. Their sales management seemed too penny pinching and far out of character to fit the magnitude of the overall transaction and the Lexus image.. Bob Niedzielski's valuation of my trade ins was disappointing, but was made understandable and therefore acceptable... More
