There are very few things that I hate more than shopping for a car. It's not the shopping that I find aweful, but the price negotiation and the feeling that a sales person is going to attempt to take advant for a car. It's not the shopping that I find aweful, but the price negotiation and the feeling that a sales person is going to attempt to take advantage of me that makes me anxious. I'm thrilled to say that the employees at Crown Volvo have completely changed my perspective. From the service department to the sales team, I was beyond impressed. I had entered the dealership having done a ton of research on sales tactics that dealers use and what I should watch out for when buying a car. I experienced none of the trickery at Crown Volvo. I dove home in my newly purchased car feeling confident and thankful that Crown Volvo exists. I'll definitely be a returning customer and would recommend sales consultants, Mary Mattingly and Michael Grace to anyone leasing or purchasing a new or preowned car.
