ABOVE AND BEYOND! We are from Orlando area and we could not find the XC90 on the color combination and price point at our local dealer. I've contacted Mary over the phone and sure enough she found us the XC90 we were looking, yet it was in transit from the Port to their dealer. Mary went above and beyond to find this car. We waited few days and Mary was extremely knowledgeable about the Volvo features, responsive to all our inquiries and great customer service. She sold us a brand new car over the phone!, with her charisma and friendliness. We took the Amtrak train to get to Clearwater and pick up our car; and the ride was totally worth it. The car was exactly as described, including all the features we were looking for. Bill at finances helped us to close the papers in a breeze. Our overall experience was great. I'm sure Crown Volvo valuates Mary as a great asset to their company. More

Mary Mattingly went above and beyond what any car salesperson has ever done for me. She was determined to find the right car for me. An XTS Cadillac that had only 12,000 miles on it, but was a 2013 model year. I am extremely happy with the car and I will send friends/family to go see her to purchase a car. More
