Brought my 2022 Tahoe in to Orr-Ft Smith to have the oil changed and tires rotated. This was my first experience in the Service Dept since purchasing my vehicle several months prior. The Service Dept personnel were prompt, courteous and friendly. My appointment was at 10:15 am and I was rolling out of the parking lot at 11:13 am. During my visit, I went to their Waiting area, which was clean and orderly with very comfortable seating. Overall, it was a great experience! More
