Overall Service form the first day I came into the dealer. Was met by Mason. Caleb was my sales associate. Caleb knows the product probably from front to back better than anyone. However, you do not make a negative comment about the vehicle the customer is trading. Nor do you mention to the customer that the vehicle you are looking at may have a mark or two from being in the back where there is construction. Without going any further, I feel Caleb needs further mentoring on serving customers and making sure he goes over everything concerning the vehicle you are buying. To desperate to make a sale. More
