The Ultimate Sales Person I am from St. Louis, MO and was looking for a pre-owned BMW for six months. Upon seeing one at The BMW Store in Cincinnati, OH I wasn't sure what to I am from St. Louis, MO and was looking for a pre-owned BMW for six months. Upon seeing one at The BMW Store in Cincinnati, OH I wasn't sure what to expect or being hesitant to purchase a vehicle five hours away. However, Mat made the process delightful and exceptional. Providing me additional detail photos above and beyond any of the websites, constant communication about the vehicle's condition and maintenance. And when he found any irregularities, he got them fixed including a brand new battery. Given Mat's professionalism and candor, I was confident I found the right vehicle. Upon taking delivery, Mat picked me up at the airport, walked me through all the features of the vehicle to ensure I understood how each one functioned. Talk about concierge service. Give Mat Swartz a Raise My wife was in the market for a Mercedes E350. She had said all her life she had wanted a Mercedes. My wife and I had just test driven the Mercedes E3 My wife was in the market for a Mercedes E350. She had said all her life she had wanted a Mercedes. My wife and I had just test driven the Mercedes E350 and we fully expected for that to be our choice. My wife insisted I come test drive the BMW 5 Series before we bought the Mercedes. I arrived at the BMW Store fully expecting to not like the BMW 5 Series. Mat Swartz convinced me otherwise. He ran his butt off searching for exactly the right car. We went for a test drive and he expertly pointed out all the features of the 528i and it convinced me that my wife needed to see and drive the BMW. Later the same day, Mat met my wife and me at her office and sold her on this incredible driving machine. Mat was very polite and professional and within a very short time I was instructed to "Go Buy It." We live on the East side and other than the distance and access to your dealership, I loved everything about this buying experience. More
