Yes, he provided options of which I chose to not take, like hybrid vs gas only car, etc., but never did I feel pressured or “hounded”. Excellent customer service and support, Mateo. Upon car delivery he and Ray were most helpful with the same excellent customer customer. More

Great experience- hassle free trade and excellent condition new vehicle. Honestly what made it for me was the excellent follow up by Mateo and Patrick. Was well received by one of the female Service Writers who listened to my issue with my current 2020 VW Tiguan.
