Lou helped guide her through the entire process from beginning to the end. Which made me decide to get a new car. He's the best car sales man I have ever dealt with. Then we both met with the Finance Manager: Matt Adovic which was just as incredible and we couldn’t have gotten such great deals on both cars without his help. He's the man!! I will definitely be back and will also recommend my friends and family. I must admit, Lou Matt, Diandra and the entire staff at KIA was extremely pleasant. temporary plate expired driving around with expired plate the sales man was good we bought 4 cars total but encountered a problem with DMV for some reason our plates never showed up to the dealership was give the sales man was good we bought 4 cars total but encountered a problem with DMV for some reason our plates never showed up to the dealership was given the run around when they was coming. we was driving around with expired plates and was told by the dealer if we get a ticket they'll pay for it. who wants to go through this i bought plenty of cars and never experienced anything like this as of today still no plates 45 days later.. Best car shopping experience I was driving by central ave and thats when I seen Yonkers Kia. Mean while I was shopping for a car, I stopped to just look around the parking lot, an I was driving by central ave and thats when I seen Yonkers Kia. I like how he presented himself as well as the dealership and also asked how my day was. He explained the Kia Sorento in details and took me to his storage lot where he made sure I got the right vehicle for me and my family. Lou also introduced me to his client care manager Diandra Rodriguez and the sales manager Sal, which they both followed up with me consistently and made sure I got the right car. More

Best Experience Ever!!!! When i first walked into Kia I was just looking at what kind of cars they had available and what cars caught my eye. Lou Gashi walked up to me right a When i first walked into Kia I was just looking at what kind of cars they had available and what cars caught my eye. Lou Gashi walked up to me right away when he saw me looking at this Forte. He was very knowledgeable with all of the cars features and knew the car inside and out. I felt no pressure at all to get into this car and drive off but they way that Lou was able to work with my budget I would’ve regretted losing this type of steal. Lou stayed after hours just to make sure all the paperwork was right and to see me drive off happy and satisfied! I really recommend Lou to anyone looking to buy or lease a car. Best Salesperson Experience Lindi Dacaj is a professional and courteous Salesperson. He was very considerate and transparent with the details and price of our new car. My wife an Lindi Dacaj is a professional and courteous Salesperson. He was very considerate and transparent with the details and price of our new car. My wife and I brought our 7yr old daughter and he showed excellent patience. We came in with the notion to lease a Sportage and we changed our mind several times. Lindi showed very good patience and took us around to see every choice and available options. The paperwork was done fast with Matt in finance and we were happy to drive off in our brand new GT kia on the same day. The dealership has valet parking and was recently renovated with a very clean, spacious showroom. They have complementary coffee,tea, bagels, cream cheese and jelly. The rest rooms were very clean and supplied well. There is a waiting area with comfortable seating, TV and snack machine. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Five Stars all the way! More
