Chris tried to overcharge me $150 for the services of my vehicle. Had I not pulled up the quote online and contested the charge I would have walked away none the wiser. He did fix the charge right away but still, I was upset by the fact that he did not catch it sooner. I was also disappointed with the quality of communication from the services department. It was spotty at best and while they attempted to be detailed they never had answers to my questions besides platitudes or general blanket statements. More
