There were two other dealers I spoke with on the East coast and Matt at Ed Martin was so easy to deal with, hands down the best. He Fed Ex’d the paper work, I flew out two days later to Indy, they picked me up at the airport and I was on the way home two hours later with a full tank of gas and one heck of a car. All the staff I met at Ed Martin Acura were so friendly and made the whole process enjoyable. More

Matt Douglas was our salesman, nice and polite. Easy to deal with and set us up with a test drive. It was cold that day, so it would have been nice if the car had been pulled inside the warm garage. Also, the car was dirty when we arrived. Probably a good idea to have a car washed before a scheduled customer comes to look at it. Shouldn't have to wait till after the sell to see it washed. Other than that Matt did a great job. Once we got to the finance manager, that is where things became a little pushy. She kept trying to get us to purchase an extra warranty package, very annoying. Other than that, it was a good experience. More
