I have had my Acura TL serviced at Joe Rizza Acura many times over the past 15 years or so. I have always found their service personnel to be pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. They also try to accommoda times over the past 15 years or so. I have always found their service personnel to be pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. They also try to accommodate for any unforeseen urgent needs. I have not experienced any delays in providing the service. They provide clear explanation of the work needed and done. Overall, I rate their service department as very good. More

For every visit to Joe Rizza Acura in Orland Park, I've received excellent service. All staff members are friendly, courteous, accommodating, attentive, knowledgeable, and timely.
