We had such a good experience with our first new Ford purchase at Parks 4 years ago, that we made the 250 mile round trip trek from Orlando to Gainesville yet again. For this most recent purchase, I inquired online about a specific vehicle in stock. Within a few hours of sending and receiving a few texts, I was able to negotiate the entire deal by cell phone. My sales contact, Matt Fortin was honest, responsive, good-natured, and professional at all times. The deal was all set after both parties agreed. Everything remained the same from start to finish -- no surprises. Matt met us at the door when we arrived and had everything ready to go. Our test drive included a trip to a Gainesville branch of our bank as (in the excitement of the trip) we *literally* left our check book at home. We, along with Matt, took it all in stride and made this deal happen. The best way to describe this experience is mean what you say and say what you mean. Now is a great time to buy Fords, in general, as the corporate rebates are quite generous. On the whole, the dealership was clean with fresh baked cookies and a Shelby Mustang 350 to enjoy while waiting. Overall, a fantastic experience. Wonderful!! My husband and I knew that we needed to trade our van in to get something more fuel efficient, considering we were going to start commuting a lot more My husband and I knew that we needed to trade our van in to get something more fuel efficient, considering we were going to start commuting a lot more for various reasons. I contacted them via internet inquiring about a used vehicle that had low mileage. Matt followed up with me the next day and told me he would be ready to meet with me whenever it was convenient for us! We showed up a day or two later, Matt already had the car we were potentially looking at pulled around waiting for us. It was easier to finance a brand new car with our trade in rather than a used car. So they did the unthinkable and found me and my husband the best rate I have ever seen- 1.9% APR+ $2,500 in rebates for being college graduates, and got us top dollar for our trade. Not to mention a BRAND NEW 2018 Ford Fusion. Matt kept us updated throughout the entire process and even got the car ready for us to take home himself! He seems to truly pride himself on offering a great customer experience! His finance manager George was also so friendly and knowledgeable about everything and never made us feel pressured. He literally said, " hey this is your decision, it's your money, your car, I'm just here to support that decision!" Matt called 48 hours later to check in on we were enjoying it. When I returned a few days later to drop off a spare key to the van, he even took it through the carwash for me! Thank you, Matt and Parks Ford for this experience- and of course our new car!!!
