I initially contacted another dealership in the area, but after navigating an automated phone system, I was sent to voicemail when I asked for a price on a brake job. When I called Wayne Ford, they provided the pricing immediately. They picked up my car in the morning and returned it the same afternoon with the work completed. The entire process was simple, convenient, and hassle-free. It was a great experience, and my next new car purchase will likely be from Wayne Ford. More

5/5 Stars – Excellent Service, Expert Techs, and Incredible Convenience!I brought my 2022 Ford F-250 to Wayne Ford after a terrible experience at Firestone. I had initially gone to Firestone for two Incredible Convenience!I brought my 2022 Ford F-250 to Wayne Ford after a terrible experience at Firestone. I had initially gone to Firestone for two new tires and an alignment, but as soon as I picked up my truck, it wasn't driving correctly. After bringing the truck back to Firestone, they claimed the alignment was just "a little off." They allegedly fixed that issue, but then told me if the truck still didn't feel right while driving, it was most likely my steering gearbox.Frustrated with that answer, I drove straight over to Wayne Ford, and I am so glad I did. I spoke with Mike, who was incredibly professional and attentive. He took down all the background information regarding what Firestone had done and immediately worked with me to schedule an appointment at a day and time that worked best for my schedule.When I brought the truck in, the service technician quickly diagnosed the actual problem. Unlike Firestone—who tried to blame my steering gearbox—the Wayne Ford tech immediately found that the real issue was damaged front-end components.To make the experience even better, Mike was able to provide a drop-off and pick-up service, making the whole logistics process incredibly smooth. The drivers, Paul and Sosa, were absolutely wonderful—friendly, professional, and very accommodating. Despite needing parts and repairs, the truck was done and ready to go within a single day.I couldn't be happier that I had my truck serviced there. If you want your vehicle serviced correctly by people who actually listen, know what they are doing, and value your time, skip the chain shops and go straight to Mike, Paul, Sosa, and the team at Wayne Ford. Highly recommended! More
