The experience was awful. Not only did they waste half a week by waiting 5 days just to run a diagnostic, which they already knew I did myself, but then decided to charge me f Not only did they waste half a week by waiting 5 days just to run a diagnostic, which they already knew I did myself, but then decided to charge me for said diagnostic cause I decided to take my business elsewhere after trying to up charge me 1200$ in labor fees. The service departments manager was also very unprofessional. If I could rate them zero stars, I would. More

Amazing place , feels like a home , always gets all done quick , I’m doing business with this dealership for more then 18 years and highly recomend it . All people working there are great people . Paul Redman and Michele Redman always on the top anything come up in service department , always having solution and this stand for all , with out you guys , wouldn’t be pleasant to visit this place , than you for all help and support guys !!! The people in the service department went out of their way to assure that Ford covered the replacement of a faulty part. I am grateful for their perseverance. My husband plans to purchase a truck before t way to assure that Ford covered the replacement of a faulty part. I am grateful for their perseverance.
