On this service I had 4 new tires installed and oil change & brake inspection. As usual Serra Nissan's service and parts departments were outstanding. I define 'outstanding' as professional people w change & brake inspection. As usual Serra Nissan's service and parts departments were outstanding. I define 'outstanding' as professional people who do the job correctly, actually listen to the customer, friendly and courteous even when they are swamped with work and honest in their evaluation of my trucks service needs. Matt, Amanda, Courtney, Scott and the actual mechanics that do the work all meet my definition of 'OUTSTANDING'. This is why I drive 30 miles to get my Frontier serviced and why I will buy another Frontier from this Dealership in the future. It is the only time in my 57 years of owning a car/truck that I look forward to specific Dealership performing the servicing of my truck and I always drive away feeling great without any stress.
