Great team to purchase from!! What a great experience we had with purchasing our 2018 Lexus RX350 F Sport!! This was our first Lexus purchase. Chris Beto was our 'concierge' throug What a great experience we had with purchasing our 2018 Lexus RX350 F Sport!! This was our first Lexus purchase. Chris Beto was our 'concierge' through this purchase and we are so happy to have been with him. Chris was informative on all of the features of all the different models we looked at. He had many recommendations and helped us feel comfortable with all the questions we had. We went back and forth on a couple models and he let us know what ones fit what we were looking for without being pushy. He definitely put his attention on making sure we were comfortable with our decision and during the purchase. After one of our test drives Matt Jensen came outside to show us some different features he uses on his Lexus. Matt also helped with getting our purchase where we were comfortable. Ben Bleed helped us with our warranties and was able to go over the great amount of services Lexus offers. Ben had answers for the many different scenarios we had questions on and was very comfortable to work with. Once we made the purchase Chris took the time to also get in the car with us and teach us all the ins and outs that our new car offers. We are very happy to be new Lexus owners and appreciate all the knowledge and help offered to us. You have a great team and we will be back when the time comes!!! Thanks again for all your help!! Until the time we left with our new car everyone was attentive and worked with us to get the car and deal we wanted. Luis is new to car sales but makes up for his inexperience with enthusiasm. Matt worked with us to get the deal we wanted and Tony explained all of our financing options in a way that we felt confident dealing with them. Everyone stayed late to help us and we left with our new car in a little over 2 hours. We went back to have the car detailed a few days later and they did a beautiful job. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Easiest car buying experience! I have purchased a few cars in my life and this is by far the best experience. I had called the day before about the car and spoke to Steve Anderson. I have purchased a few cars in my life and this is by far the best experience. I had called the day before about the car and spoke to Steve Anderson. He was very friendly I decided to wait until the next day to make sure he would be there. Matt greeted us and was very friendly and Steve took us for the test drive and answered all our questions about the car. Matt gave us a good price and we decided to continue with the process. Ben worked out a great loan for us and gave us all the information regarding gap insurance we needed to be able to make the right decision. We even played some trivia! We never felt pressured - it was just very easy. More
