When I was in today to buy my new car, I found out that he took it upon himself to make sure the car was washed, waxed, and ready to go! I had been there yesterday to get everything started, but the individuals who are usually in charge of washing and waxing were gone for the evening. He didn’t want to risk that the car wouldn’t be ready for me this morning. I did not even know this until someone else mentioned it to me later.
