He was able to help me narrow down what I wanted, answered every question I had and able to accommodate my "wishlist" perfectly. They had to bring in a vehicle from another town, but had it all cleaned up and ready to go in just a few days. Upon delivery of the vehicle, Chris went over every detail of the Lexus NX200t. He was so thorough and made purchasing my Lexus as non stressful as it could possibly be. This was my second experience at the Anderson Dealership, the first being a Toyota Rav 4 lease. One Lexus dealership would not even offer a price unless I came into the dealership! I also prefer to have time to review the numbers so I feel comfortable that the deal has no hidden costs or surprises. Erin Kolb and Matt Jensen were a pleasure to work with via email while I gathered information about their available RX 350s and negotiated price. At the dealership, Chris Beto and Ben Bleed were wonderful to work with and super-patient with my wife and I while we looked at and weighed our options. At no point did we ever feel pressured or manipulated. Our purchase went very smoothly and I could not be happier with the professionalism everyone at Lexus of Rockford displayed. I found in my conversation with Andersen Lexus, a person on the other end of the phone who genuinely went out of his way to answer all my questions. I decided to visit Andersen yesterday November 28th and continue the dialogue I had previously had with the General Sales Manger Matt Jensen. To my surprise, he had all the vehicles we had previously discussed waiting for my wife and I to view and test drive. Assisting us with our choices was Chris Beto, who in addition to running in and out of the rain moving vehicles, explained everything we asked in detail about the vehicles we were interested in. During this better than three hour visit, we never felt pressure to make a decision. We are very pleased with our choice, and even more pleased with the level of professionalism exhibited by Matt and Chris.
