This is the feeling I got from Lexus of Rockford, particularly Ben Bleed, the sales professional that guided me through the purchase process. I was paced in my approach, taking several months to decide on the dealership and vehicle that would best suit my needs. Ben was consistent in his availability, and not overly persistent in his engagement throughout the process. Ben exhibited transparency throughout our interaction, earning my trust that he had my interests top of mind at all times. He did not have the SUV I wanted in stock, but Keith worked diligently to find what I was looking for. The first time I returned to the dealer, the color of the SUV was not to my liking, but Keith did not give up on me and he eventually found one that met all my needs. Keith was very accommodating to the requirements I had before I would consider purchasing a used car. I was able to have the used Lexus SUV that I wanted inspected by an independent mechanic, which gave me the peace of mind I needed to purchase this vehicle with confidence. He was also very patient and answered the myriad of questions I had over several visits. Purchasing a used vehicle is often fraught with numerous risks, but my experience with this dealer and specifically with Keith was very positive and I would not hesitate to refer others to this seller. We didn't want it to get away, so we completed the deal. Keith was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Although it was a somewhat lengthy process (or possibly we were just tired from shopping for furniture with/for my parents in the morning), Keith was very considerate of our time. This is our second Lexus but first from Lexus of Rockford. We would definitely recommend Keith! Also a shout out to John the finance guy! More
