No surprises at closing, dealership staff was very friendly and professional. We have done business with our local dealer for years, but, they never seem to be willing to negotiate. So, we found Lexus of Rockford on the internet. Called a bunch of Lexus dealers in Chicago area, only this one followed up and worked to get the vehicle ordered from Japan.
