New to Lexus My wife said just as we were entering the Lexus Dealership, "If the salesman is bad, we're out of here!" We spent the next couple of hours w/ Chri My wife said just as we were entering the Lexus Dealership, "If the salesman is bad, we're out of here!" We spent the next couple of hours w/ Chris and had a great experience, he is professional and courteous. Needless to say, I ended up committing on a new RC 350 F-Sport, which needed to be delivered from another dealer. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up in the order, the interior color was wrong, Matt called me the afternoon it was delivered and was very apologetic. He told me I could come look at the color to see if I'd like it, if not they would seek out another. When we got there it was very obvious Matt was embarrassed by the entire situation. Fortunately, they were able to find the correct one and due to the inconvenience, Matt voluntarily paid for my window tinting. While this was not expected it showed me the value they place on excellent customer service. They did not try "brush it under the rug" or place blame onto others, the mistake was probably a bigger deal to them than it was to me. While some reading this review may think I'm being too soft on them, being is sales myself, I've learned we all make mistakes. They were honest and professional in their approach to rectify the situation. Thank you Chris, Matt and John for a very pleasant car buying experience. More

“Thank you for your patience and understanding, Lexus of Roc When I was in a car accident on 12/16/2014, one thing I knew I was going to have to do and immediately wasn't looking forward to doing....Car Shopping When I was in a car accident on 12/16/2014, one thing I knew I was going to have to do and immediately wasn't looking forward to doing....Car Shopping. I have bought and paid off two cars in my lifetime and had no interest in getting a new car anytime soon. I waited to hear from insurance while car shopping online. I went to test drive cars. Multiple cars. I was trying to look for the best deal within the criteria I had set for myself for my next car. Then, my husband tried to take over. Now, don't get me wrong, I do love my husband but the man had one thing on his mind when it came to my next car and it had to be a Lexus. Did he listen to my thoughts on MY future car? No. Did he stay within the criteria I had set for MY future car? No. So, on Saturday, January 10, 2015, my husband took me to Lexus of Rockford to test drive a Lexus IS. Chris Beto was who helped us that day and continued to help me for the next few days! :) I ended up reluctantly buying and driving home with a Lexus IS that day. It just did not have enough room for me or my driving needs. However, none of that reluctance had to do with the customer service or the wonderfully nice and accommodating employees in Chris, John Wegner, and Dave Pearson at Lexus of Rockford that day. After driving the IS for two days, I decided to try and “return” it to Lexus of Rockford, while my husband was working:), because I knew it was not the car for me! Chris Beto was there to help me again. Matt was so nicely willing to also help get me out of a car I did not want and not one employee in that place wanted me to leave unhappy. I was given time to make my decision and everyone there was patient with me and kind and understanding of what was a more difficult process for me than most and I will forever be grateful to the Lexus of Rockford team for helping me to find, purchase, and love (I swear!) a beautiful Nissan Maxima. :) Thank you- Lexus of Rockford- for the A+ customer service, the car and credit advice and information, and for going above and beyond for the blonde-still married- KU-fan who could not make up her mind! :) Cindy Connors Byron, IL More

The Computer system is apparently not working properly remote start does not work, day lights only work on the driver side, check engine light is always on, phone connects randomly when I am trying to listen the radio rendering hands free feature useless. I have had it in the shop 4 times in addition to the 3 recalls. and the issues cannot be fixed. I am sure they knew these problems when they sold it to me. I realized after I purchased it that paid more for it than I could have in the Chicago area, Not a good or ethical experience. More

Chris Beto worked with us from beginning to end making sure we got the car we wanted and helping us learn about all the many features. He put in a long day for us and we can't thank him and the entire team who helped us enough for going above and beyond to make this again, a great experience. Unless we move out of the area, I can't imagine purchasing a car from any other dealer in Rockford. Our thanks to Chris, Matt and Josh for the great service and what was again, a truly wonderful car buying experience. More

I am insanely happy with the service I received while buying my new car from Lexus of Rockford. Chris was so friendly an efficient at finding me a vehicle that I love and continues to go above and beyond buying my new car from Lexus of Rockford. John worked with me with the financing and made sure I was comfortable with everything and understood all the options available to me. Your GM Matt also made the car buying process far less miserable than I was expecting it to be. If I had to recommend any dealership to purchase a new or used car, I would recommend these guys...hands down.
