First time in 49 years of driving was I please with the service provided by a used car operation. I say operation because the entire process was a smoothly planned experience. My initial contact was with K service provided by a used car operation. I say operation because the entire process was a smoothly planned experience. My initial contact was with Ken via IM. I explained what I wanted to do with my 2019 Avalon and he offered some suggestions. He invited me to the dealership, something as almost unpleasant to me as seeing a dentist. But I was truly surprised. Ken met me in the showroom, got me situated, talked about what the dealership would do to buy my car (absolutely no pressure to buy another) and asked me a few questions. Once I had decided to trade the car in for another car and cash he assigned Carlos to to help me through that process, i.e. looking at cars on the computer (actually in my price range), test driving, providing technical information and finally giving me some advice on how to structure the deal. Carlos was a champ! We completed the process in no time at all and the next thing you know I was out the door with my 2019 Corolla and cash. Couldn't be more pleased with Ken and Carlos. What a dynamic duo!! I highly recommend Pat Lobb as a dealership that cares about the customer and does everything they can to accommodate...even down to the free DR Pepper. Now that's service! More
