Oil change took 1 hour 45 minutes from the time of my appointment until I decided to approach the service desk. By that point, my car was sitting in the lot and the attendant told me he "was just coming appointment until I decided to approach the service desk. By that point, my car was sitting in the lot and the attendant told me he "was just coming to get me". After another 10 minutes of waiting for him to key the work into the computer, he provided the invoice, took payment, and I was finally out the door -- almost 2 hours! Otherwise, staff was friendly, suggested additional services, and the facilities were clean and inviting. If I don't have a coupon, I will probably go elsewhere for quicker service. More

Alderman took care of a service issue I had from when I purchased the vehicle from them. They were fair in assisting with the cost of the repair & doing so in a timely manner once parts arrived.
