Any business worth their salt would be mindful of any other business they either refer or sell a product for, and Tim's had great things to say about the warranty people, until I tried to place a claim for a serious issue, then the service dept of Tim's THEN revealed that those warranties don't cover much. Nate was very helpful and responsive both presale and post sale. Charlie, the person I worked with on the day of sale was non responsive. Fortunately Nate and Amber jumped in to help.
