I spent about a hour in the dealership finalizing the paperwork. In addition, I was considering extended warranty options between dealer and third party. The finance manager, Michelle, took the time to research the other offers to ensure I had the best coverage. Less time in the dealership and more time checking out the bourbon trail! Needed to have the deal ready prior to arriving at the dealer and they did a good job setting that up. Experience at the dealership was okay and I was done within 1.5 hrs, and part of buying a used vehicl dealer and they did a good job setting that up. Experience at the dealership was okay and I was done within 1.5 hrs, and part of buying a used vehicle is a 30-day 1000mile warranty. Once i got the vehicle home I had a battery management issue requiring a new battery, something that should fall under this warranty. This warranty is supposed to be used at the dealrship but since I live 200miles away I was told “ we will work with you” I reached out to the dealer I worked with multiple times with no response and whenever I would call them it would just hang up. I have not been able to reach anyone at the dealer and am a little disappointed that I have had to spend an additional 600$ on a vehicle I just got. More
