Thank you for your Review. I apologize for your situation. We are working through the updates on the ID.4's. We do have a list of people for them. We cannot work on too many on them at one time. As we complete one, we contact another customer to bring one in. The ones we have here now are waiting on parts to arrive for us to complete. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a Review. I apologize to you that your visit did not meet your standard of a 5-Star Review. There was a cover removed when you originally brought the vehicle in for the diagnosis. When the car came in to be repaired, a different Technician worked on the vehicle than previously. He was not aware of the cover. I apologize to you for that. When you had let us know about the cover, you had come into office yelling and screaming profanities at everyone in the Service Department while employees were trying to continue with there work. That was not necessary. We left the cover off. We would have taken care of it. You had just wanted us to give you new screws for the cover, and you would install cover on your own. We supplied the new bolts to you the next day, as you had requested. I apologize to you for any inconvenient. We thank you for your business. Please stay well.
