Since I bought the car he always answers my texts and phone calls right away and has helped me with all my questions so that I feel comfortable driving my new car. More

They did nothing but charged me a few hundred to tell me they did nothing. No this was not the diagnostic fee. I called for parts. The rep was rude on th phone, when I get there for pick up, and raise the issue to the service manager but didn’t seem like taking any action nor The rep was rude on th phone, when I get there for pick up, and raise the issue to the service manager but didn’t seem like taking any action nor apologize for his team member misbehavior.
