This marked my 4th time bringing my car in for the air conditioning, over the past 13 months I have spent thousands on my car and still have not fixed the issue. I have a feeling the service team replaced conditioning, over the past 13 months I have spent thousands on my car and still have not fixed the issue. I have a feeling the service team replaced something that was not the issue last year and just now found the real issue which they also expect me to pay for rather than owning their mistake. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. They will take a week to return your car to you and do not offer loaner cars or care that you are without your vehicle. Absolute worst dealership service I have ever encountered. More

Thank you for leaving a review for us. I apologize that your visit dis not meet your standard of a 5-Star Review. I apologize to you that you are having issues with your air conditioning system. The initial problem with your vehicle was the cooling fans not working with the a/c system in use. That problem causes high pressures to build up in your a/c system. Once the fans were replaced, the system had been operating normally. You then had an issue with losing refrigerant in the a/c system. Due to a leak of refrigerant that was very slow, we had added dye to the system for you last summer. You had just returned now, as it is now warm enough to use the a/c system. We did find a leak in the system, from the use of the dye. You opted not to repair. All of the diagnosis was done at no cost to you. We had also offered a discount on the repairs as well. Unforutenly, your vehicle is approx. 10 years old. It may have some repairs that ae needed from time to time. I do thank you for your business. Please stay well! Truly have a hard time believing there were two separate AC issues rather than one that was overlooked and the service workers missed it and fail to recognize their mistake.

Thank you for your review. I apologize to you that your visit did not meet your standard of a 5-Star review. I inspected your vehicle with you. We found that the cracked had originated from a stone chip. After looking at your vehicle further, we found a large quantity of stone chips all across the front bumper, hood and windshield. Unforutenly, a stone chip is not an issue that is cover by your Volkswagen warranty. That is an outside influence. I apologize for that. Possibly your insurance may cover it?
