Bad customer service. Went their for one issue that needed diagnostic and they charged me for something else I already knew. I explained the issue to the first person that came up to me wearing a VW em needed diagnostic and they charged me for something else I already knew. I explained the issue to the first person that came up to me wearing a VW employee shirt and took my keys. He asked me what seems to be the issue today, thinking he’s the mechanic... fast forward I went to the service desk after then try explaining the issue, I left out one Part thinking the mechanic will update them... only to find out to the end he is a valet parker. So now if that was the case they all should be wearing name tags and their job title. And the valet Parker should of pointed me in the right direction instead of asking me my issue, like he’s the mechanic. Or he should of directed my issue to whoever it needs to get too. I was so highly annoyed waiting their for 4 hours , for them to charge me for something I already knew. Also asked to speak to the manager and the associate pulled him in the back to fill him in before I speak with him... So unprofessional, should of done that where I didn’t see them through the glass door. More

came in early AM, seemed safe to wait in waiting room during covid times. New battery is doing a great at starting the car in cold temps. Been going here for well over a decade even when the car has been during covid times. New battery is doing a great at starting the car in cold temps. Been going here for well over a decade even when the car has been out of warranty. They only messed up once in all that time, and they fixed their mistake, so I keep going back. I feel like if I have any issue I can talk to Matt and he will hear me out and address my concerns. Like when I got charged for an oil change on a new vehicle and I mentioned to him I thought it was included. He looked into in and it was and a few days later a refund check came in the mail. The battery was $212 installed, not much more than if I did it myself, and no hassle for me. Dealer maintenance has a reputation of gouging people but that has not been my experience here. Sometime you get the song and dance about an tire wearing out, or oil change, but if you know your vehicle, you should know if those are really necessary or not. I have never gotten the hard sell from Three County. I'll continue to go here for maintenance. More
