Worst Experience Ever Over 100 days ago......yes going on 4 months I purchased a 2014 Chrysler 300s. The process of purchasing the vehicle wasn't bad, but what has happened Over 100 days ago......yes going on 4 months I purchased a 2014 Chrysler 300s. The process of purchasing the vehicle wasn't bad, but what has happened since has left the absolute worst taste in my mouth. It has been over 100 days and I STILL do not have license plates or registration. I have called multiple times and been blown off and treated as if its not a big deal that I am now on what will be the THIRD paper tag. I have requested a timeframe for my plates and GOT NOTHING. Just told they will get here when they get here. To add insult to injury I received a "REFUND CHECK" totaling just over $80 dollars randomly in the mail. It stated it was a refund of TTL. I cashed the check, only for FAMILY TOYOTA OF ARLINGTON t place a stop check on it costing me a FEE from my bank. I called MATT LUCK to try and get some answers as to why this happened and to get my plates, and he assured me he would fix it and get back to me no later than 9:30am the following morning. When I did not hear back I called yesterday around 5pm and left another voicemail. Never returned my call. Called again asking for an update still no return call. Since I still do not have plates after over 100 days I have had to cancel a planned business trip to mexico as you cannot cross the border with paper plates! These guys are truly costing me money now. This is not how customers should be treated, and quite frankly I wish I could just give the vehicle back at this point! Sincerely, Pissed off customer still without a license plate! More

This place is FANTASTIC I am in sales, and I STILL had fears of dealing with car salespeople. All my experience has proven, the they keep true to their negative cliche. HOWE I am in sales, and I STILL had fears of dealing with car salespeople. All my experience has proven, the they keep true to their negative cliche. HOWEVER, Kash Brewer and Family Toyota was the easiest, most professional car buying experience I've EVER experienced. They were friendly and professional evey step of the way. I had LOTS of questions, especially regarding the numbers, and customer service after the sale. They answered them beyond my satisfaction, and were transparent about their process the whole step of the way. More

Amazing and Excellent Service ! I am beyond Blessed ! Matt the finance manager, Nick Chargualaf the sales associate and Drew the finance guy are all beyond amazing ! To me it was not about making the sale to them, yet it was the exact opposite they were more concerned with me and my wants and needs! This has never been my experience with the purchase of a car! Mixed Experience Our experience was marred by an inventory snafu between the two (Burleson and Arlington) lots. They found out about the car inventory mistake that mor Our experience was marred by an inventory snafu between the two (Burleson and Arlington) lots. They found out about the car inventory mistake that morning but didn't tell me over the phone before I came over. (We had 3 phone calls with two different people. You'd think they'd bring it up at one of those calls.) It wasn't until after about 30 minutes into the appointment, they told us about the mistake. Therefore, this slow disclosure felt disingenuous. This ultimately colored our experience. That said, our interactions with the personnel of the Arlington location, particularly the sales rep, were friendly. They also put the wrong sales rep's name on our buyer's contract. Hopefully, these issues were just growing pains for this new storefront. UPDATE: Matt reached out to us and helped improve the situation. His response and fast action was excellent and much appreciated. Thank you so much! More
