Temi is amazing! I was not looking forward to purchasing or leasing a new vehicle - I liked my car, but it needed replacement. I was referred to Temi by my friend (she has leased seven cars through him!) an or leasing a new vehicle - I liked my car, but it needed replacement. I was referred to Temi by my friend (she has leased seven cars through him!) and called him with little hope of getting anything done. Was I wrong! First, when I called Temi, I did not realize it was his day off. He took the time to talk to me and sent several links for me to look at for the car I thought I wanted (all of this was over an hour of his time on his day off!). He then set up an appointment to meet with me the next day and helped me test drive a few cars. Temi worked within my budget and concerns for size and safety. When I told him I wanted a CR-V, he quickly set everything in motion to get a car to me as soon as possible. He showed me several options, including explaining the difference between purchasing and leasing. He also explained the process of getting a new car and how the vehicle would be programmed to fit me and my wants. I had no idea that over 180 points to check on every new car that came on the lot. When the car arrived on the lot, he texted me to let me know it had arrived and set up an appointment for pickup. When I arrived at the dealership, the car had a big red bow on the hood! He certainly made getting a new car feel special. Temi then went over everything in the car, including opening the hatch, the gas cap, and electronics. (He even showed me the little vents that open and close in front of the radiator.) While I signed papers' Temi talked to my father and showed him how to use the car and accessories! I think that is what impressed me the most - he treated my dad as wonderfully as he treated me. Temi is the ONLY person I will recommend to people, and I will go back to him again and again for cars. If there were 500 stars to give, he would get them all, plus more! He is the most impressive and gracious of people. More
