He was patient, accommodating and respectful, all while being humble with his enormous amount of knowledge. He never pushed, and truly provided the best experience I’ve had in a long time! Best Car Buying Experience I’ve Ever Had This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. The dealership was beautiful, spotless and super friendly. I was treated by two friendly recep This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. The dealership was beautiful, spotless and super friendly. I was treated by two friendly receptionists who offered beverages and called Matt to the floor for our appointment. Matt Rafla was a pleasure to work with and I will certainly refer friends to him, as well as this dealership. His ability to be both professional and personable is rare in this business. I look forward to working with him in the future at this Catena dealership Additionally, Nick was delightful and knowledgeable.
