I originally had a great experience at this dealership. That all ended when I became interested in a warranty. I found that the vehicle I purchased had a warranty on it, and I can transfer that warranty That all ended when I became interested in a warranty. I found that the vehicle I purchased had a warranty on it, and I can transfer that warranty to me. I worked with Vincente their finance manager to the warranty transferred. Over a couple of weeks, he seemed to figure it out, as I received a copy of the after-market warranty that the previous owner had purchased, and my name was on it. I also confirmed with Endurance Warranty that the warranty was active. I thought all was great. Few months later, I take my vehicle in for service, and they tell me the warranty was voided a month later because Metro Ford didn't submit the appropriate paperwork!! Then, these people have gaul to try to sell me a new warranty. I couldn't believe it. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. YOU WILL REGRET IT More

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I contacted them about a Ram 2500 on the lot 8/5/24 they reached out promptly saying it was available after some negotiating we agreed to a price on I contacted them about a Ram 2500 on the lot 8/5/24 they reached out promptly saying it was available after some negotiating we agreed to a price on the trade in and money down with the sales men telling me his manager Will do the deal at these agreements.(shown in text) though they should have educated me better on buying a car they did not and called me a liar about my income, I did not know it was calculated by months at a job divided by year to date income, I thought it was projected income based on your POI statements or stubs for one year. They say they will give more for my trade but they gave me the low end for there trade calculator and did not move on the trade in value. They strung me along for days with no text back claiming they haven’t heard from any of the 5 lenders only until I saw on my credit report that my local bank was on there. I called my local bank and they said “you are approved and we have sent an approval based on the terms and money down, only then did they call me saying your approved after I told them I was. Then a hour later saying they sold the truck! Their reason was first come first serve, even though we agreed to the terms with the salesman telling me the manager agreed which means I was first. Ultimately they said mine was a bad deal for them and they told me that’s why they went with the other guy because it was easier. The upper management will not call you back and the front desk people will have to do the leg work I feel bad for them because calling multiple times in a week to get a deal done is poor business practices, and so is selling a vehicle out from under someone then running there credit again without the customers approval. They say they didn’t get an approval until 8/19/24 but my bank sent an approval 8/15/24. It does not take days once an approval is sent to the agreed terms in text! Even on 8/19/24 it only takes a couple hours to draft the documents. They say the finance office was slammed, but they had no problem to sell it to someone else for a better deal. They will not be getting my business. I even tired in good faith to let them find me another vehicle but they made no effort because a 10 day credit app is a short window. Who agrees to sell you a truck then the sales manager wasn’t even aware I had money down. Only an effort to make my deal look bad because when they agreed to deliver the Ram and pick up my trade the ultimately did not want to. Don’t shop here if you have a trade in! I understand I only sent pictures of my trade and it running and miles but that is the terms they set in order to give me a value on my trade. DONT SHOP HERE! More
