Helped us through the lease turn in process after my father passed away and KMF was overwhelmed with calls due Jim was great and Don was very helpful. Jim also made us very comfortable wearing a mask and providing sanitizer wipes because he knew we were worried about being out. I would return anytime. I would suggest masks being required for all employees for their safety as well as ours but other than that I will return for my next car. More
