This was our third deale WE can’t say enough about our surprisingly pleasant experience car shopping with Gregg Zolnai at Halleen Kia, North Olmsted. This was our third dealership on my day off work to try and find a car that fit my needs. We thought we would look for a used car to replace my 13 year old vehicle. My husband had purchased a Sedona 3 years ago and we really enjoyed it. We found a “Minime” duplicate in a Sorento. We have always purchased our vehicles but decided we should compare a lease deal on a new vehicle. Many of our friends have been doing this for a long time. Gregg patiently explained the ins and outs of the lease arrangement and we decided this was the time to do it. Matt Rogalski also patiently walked us through the finance agreement without any high pressure to include add ons to the cost. Before we drove our new Sorento home Gregg reviewed many of the options and connected my phone on this new vehicle so we wouldn’t need to search the book for explanations or directions. This experience was totally different from our previous experience we had in the other dealership in 2015. We will definitely be coming here for our maintenance even though it is a further away. We arrived at the dealership at 330pm looking for a used car. We test drove the car and decided we wanted to try to trade in our 2 year old car for 2 new cars. We thought it would be impossible, but Jim was able to make it happen, and we stayed in the price range that we told him we needed to be in. We test drove 4 cars!!! Jim was really patient and accommodating. Once we decided on our 2 cars, Jim presented us with numbers within minutes. We received an excellent deal on our trade in and in our purchases!!! The dealership closed at 6pm and Jim, Matt in finance and the porter's all stayed until nearly 8pm, on a Saturday night, to make sure we drove our new cars home that night, even though we were willing to come back the next day to finish the paperwork. That's customer service!! We will definitely recommend everyone to give Hallen Kia and Jim Mcconville a call!!! More

Brandon is the BITB!! It was time to turn in my lease so my friend Brandon got me into a brand new Kia Sportage with all the bells and whistles! If you don’t have a heated steering wheel, panoramic sunroof and Apple car play...you’re missing out. P.P.S. If you’re in the market for a new or used car and don’t want to deal with a typical “car salesman” get in touch with Brandon Bowen.
