I was impressed with the attentive and courteous service I received from all San Tan employees when buying my used 2014 Ford Edge. I ordered a 2022 f350 from Matt August of last year. Despite ford telling him it would be 6-8 weeks, with the parts issues, it took 5-6 months for my truck to be here. Matt was responsive each time I contacted him, even on his days off. He held ford, the shipping company and the train depot accountable for the misquoted time frame & got me into a rental car which he made sure the dealership paid for on top of always keeping his cool when I was far from myself. Once my truck arrived, he delivered the truck to me at work and took the rental back so I wouldn't have to stress about any of that. Even now, the check engine light is on in the truck and every ford dealer is more than 48 hour diagnostic time for diesels. I texted Matt in tears and he immediately got me in at San tan for my truck to be looked at. I cant tell you how great it is to have a sales guy who goes the extra mile like he does. He truly saved my opinion of San tan ford. More

Car not Ready for Sale Went to dealer to possible buy a new Edge Instead after talking with salesman, decided on a lease. The papers were signed and the vehicle was prepositioned for delivery. Inspection of vehicle revealed heavy chipping of paint on front end along with chipped windshield. Windshield was replaced, and attempt to repair the front end by touch up was frutal. The whole front end had to be repainted. I have not received the vehicle yet. In the dealers favour, they loaned a 2019 Edge until my car is ready. I suppose my main question is why were they trying to push a vehicle off on me that was not ready for sale. When the 3 tear lease was up I would have had to pay for all these chips along with the bad windshield. Kind of a " hose them and close them" situation. More

Always excellent support I turned in a lease on a 2016 Fusion and started a new lease on a 2019 Fusion Hybrid. I've done two other purchases through this dealer for other cars I turned in a lease on a 2016 Fusion and started a new lease on a 2019 Fusion Hybrid. I've done two other purchases through this dealer for other cars too. I'm pretty lucky that I like Fords, because at this point I would have trouble imagining working with any other sales or finance groups. More than anything, I love that I'm never surprised; every number Matt gave lined up perfectly in finance. When comparing features between the 2018 and 2019 or between the energi and hybrid Matt had every detail available. Matt told me about the differences I'd feel in torque between the 2016 2.0L with ecoboost and he gave ballpark estimates about the fuel economy I'd expect based on what I had been seeing. After a week in the car I can confirm everything he told me was spot on. Being able to trust the staff at San Tan Ford made it so much easier for me choose a car with confidence. More
