Our salesman, Josh Stambaugh, was very helpful showing us pre-owned Prius cars, but ultimately we couldn't find a pre-owned that we liked, and we chose a new Prius V, which had to be ordered, so that we woul pre-owned Prius cars, but ultimately we couldn't find a pre-owned that we liked, and we chose a new Prius V, which had to be ordered, so that we would get the color we wanted. Through the process, he was attentive to our wants and concerns, and kept us up to date on the arrival of our car to the Wesley Chapel Toyota facility. We would definitely choose to buy from Josh at Wesley Chapel Toyota again. More

I love Wesley Chapel Toyota! I take my car here for service and just bought a new car here. Mark Howard was my sales rep for the new purchase and was very helpful in getting us the best deal for our Pr service and just bought a new car here. Mark Howard was my sales rep for the new purchase and was very helpful in getting us the best deal for our Prius C. We just planned on browsing but he got us a deal we couldn't pass up. He even got my husband some fried chicken from the break room because he hadn't had lunch! Matt Schemkes in the finance department got us a loan with an interest rate lower than we thought possible. Rick Davis in the service department is also a standout employee and very honest and helpful when it came to making repairs to our 2006 Camry. Both Rick and Josh, the service technician, recognized me and even remembered my name a few weeks after my service! I know I can trust Wesley Chapel Toyota. More

Having dealt with a few dealers in my short 38 years on this earth, I can say Albert White, Frank Millan, and Matt Schemkes made our buying experience EXTREMELY easy and pleasant. There were no "hard sale this earth, I can say Albert White, Frank Millan, and Matt Schemkes made our buying experience EXTREMELY easy and pleasant. There were no "hard sales," nor any "high pressure," tactics utilized. I would know having worked in the sale business while living in South Florida, where THAT atmosphere calls for both of the a fore mentioned tactics! Not to mention sheer aggression! The few team members I dealt with seem to understand that great customer service requires the rep to LISTEN to the customer. They asked appropriate questions, provided appropriate suggestions, and were overall pleasant to deal with. I have been singing the jingle, "I want a Toyota, a Wesley Chapel Toyota," since I first heard it, but never expected to actually buy one from them! Give the marketing team a good bonus this Christmas because the programming worked! Ha! More

Jack was extraordinary, he called me within 5mins after receiving my requested on line. He gave me directions to dealership (I called him several times because I got lost). He was very patient, courteous, professional and always friendly with me, I could not decide what model of Toyota I wanted, once decide what model, I could not decide on the color. Jack must have 10 miles dealing with me going back and forth looking for the that would suite me. Even after the closing on the deal he showed me how to get back on instate 75 so I would not get loss Matt was very proficient when completing the paperwork, he explained everything in detail as I signing the paperwork. The dealership as a whole everyone was very friendly, professional, courteous. They all made me feel as if I was a part Wesley Chapel Toyota family. I have never experience the treatment I received at another dealership. More

Ray was the nicest most thorough and considerate auto sales person I have dealt with. And I have had some nice ones before. The educated me about the Prius in great detail which was most appreciated. And when I told him that I didn't want more information about a certain thing stopped. You also deserve great credit for listening to me as a person and sensing that I was not interested in the bells and whistles that are built into all Prius. For me those things are not a positive as a sales consideration. None the less, after I bought it he showed me all the fun things it will do and I WILL have fun with it. Also he is supported by a helpful agency that sent Ray and Otto home with me late in the evening some distance away so that I could bring home the older car that I was keeping. The agency sent Otto in an agency car. This sort of service at 9:30 at night was certainly above and beyond what I would expect. Michael who did the financial negotiations was reasonable and no pressure. If there had been any pressure I would've been out the door and to another dealer. I was pleased with the price I paid for the car. Matt in financial was the very first positive financial experience buying a car I ever had. He was patient, pleasant, thorough and knowledgeable. Thank you Wesley Chapel Toyota for a positive car buying experience. I have bought a number of cars in my years and none of them have consistently pleasant. Except for here. More

We were very satisfied with our experience at Wesley Chapel Toyota. Who would have thought that we would find an outstanding Ford van at a Toyota dealership. My wife and I feel like family at Wesley Chapel Toyota. This is the third vehicle we've purchased there. When we walk in we are greeted with genuine smiles by very nice people like Judy. Our sales person wasn't available so Mike helped us out and when Ray came in, they tag teamed us with wonderful service, consideration, and no pressure to purchase! Everyone we encountered was professional, informative, nice, and friendly! I can tell them I need to do more research and they don't call 100 times pestering me about when I'm going to buy a vehicle. They're patient and help us in a manner that is comfortable for us. When I was looking to trade my car in for a truck, my service representative saw me and came out of her way to say hello! Brian runs a great service department and I know I can count on them to take care of my vehicle when I need the oil changed or to fix my tire or whatever I need. They take care of me vehicles and make sure my family is riding in a safe, well maintained vehicle. More
