I have never felt so welcome and unpressured to buy a car as I was when I stepped on to this lot. I cannot say enough good things about Matt Shelton - he went way above and beyond. I have a Mazda for 10 years now and I've purchased multiple cars as well as traded in. Whenever I show up whether it's for service or to inquire about purchasing a new vehicle I always get greeted wit multiple cars as well as traded in. Whenever I show up whether it's for service or to inquire about purchasing a new vehicle I always get greeted with my handshakes and my HUGS from sales, services, and finance department. They constantly reassure me that they're aware of the amount of cars that have purchased, that they want me to stay, and that they would do the best they can to maximize any car purchasing negotiations so that both sides win. As for the 2014 Mazda I purchased just yesterday, instead of every employee asking if the deal was done, they asked my opinion and voice theirs as well. Now I'm a fun loving and outgoing customer and I use that as a tool to draw in salespeople to feel them out and as always over the years the whole team would just take time to gather around and next thing you know were all laughing and joking and a solid deal that works for both sides is made and I drove off the lot again pleased. Several hours later I learned they needed me to stop by dealership once again and I know they would not have asked if it were not important so I drove back out to take care of it because they took care of me. More

I will be honest and say that I have always been really cautious when making purchases such as these. However, after days of visiting different dealerships, hours of online searches and a ton of considerat cautious when making purchases such as these. However, after days of visiting different dealerships, hours of online searches and a ton of consideration, I returned to Cardinale Way for a third time and recieved exemplary service and acknowledgement of my expectations. Matt, Wayne and the rest of the Cardinale staff were nothing but helpful and understanding of my needs. I could be happier with the end result.
