Matt was extremely friendly and helpful to me in purchasing my new Mazdaspeed3. I could not have asked for a better dealership experience. I had a wonderful experience at CardinaleWay Mazda. I've been to several car dealerships and have had good and bad experiences but this dealership was unique in how they approached my sale. I was looking f been to several car dealerships and have had good and bad experiences but this dealership was unique in how they approached my sale. I was looking for the best car for me but didnt want to get ripped off. Matt was honest and sincere with me while donny was bold enough to move the deal forward. We found the perfect car for my life and at a price that was good for me. I would recommend anyone to this dealership and specifically these salesmen. More

Overall, I had a really great experience with Cardinale Way Mazda. From the moment I walked up to the dealership I was taken care of. I was an owner of a 2008 Mazda Tribute and was in the market for someth Way Mazda. From the moment I walked up to the dealership I was taken care of. I was an owner of a 2008 Mazda Tribute and was in the market for something with a 3rd row. It was the look of the CX-9 that really caught my attention, but was a little out of my price range. Nevertheless, I started some research online and found that Mazda was running a 0% APR for 60 months plus $500 cash back and another $500 for customer loyalty. I decided to go in and test drive one, the CX-9 drove so smooth and had a great turning radius. My husband was not with me when I went in, I wanted to bring him back, but instead, Matt and Donny asked me if I'd just like to take it home for the night. I definitely took them up on it, my husband drove it the next day and also really liked the look, drive and overall feel of the car. When we went back in, Matt and Donny really worked hard trying to make the overall cost something that would be similar to my payments I was already making. I then spoke with Todd about gap coverage and extended warranties, Todd took his time explaining all of the options and again, worked with me on a price that was affordable. I was still undecided, so I sat with my husband and discussed all of our options for quite some time. Never once did I feel pressured or feel like I had someone watching our every move. We finally came to a decision to buy the car and worked with Tom in the finance department. Tom was so easy going and patient with all of my questions, going over every detail of every part of my purchase, which I so greatly appreciated. I can't express enough how nice it was to deal with sales people that didn't breathe down your neck and actually take time working with you. Thank you to everyone at Cardinale Way Mazda for being so wonderful!! More

My experience with Cardinale Way Mazda began as many do with the need to purchase a new car. I am a previous Mazda owner having owned an RX8 since 2005 and decided to purchase a new Mazda2 for a daily dri with the need to purchase a new car. I am a previous Mazda owner having owned an RX8 since 2005 and decided to purchase a new Mazda2 for a daily driven vehicle. Cardinale Way provided above and beyond service in the effort to find the exact car I was looking for. Matt Shelton met with me on only a couple hours worth of notice because the specific Mazda2 I was looking for was nearly unavailable. I was shopping for a Touring Manual 5speed. Matt was able to locate a single car in Phoenix that fit my description. To begin, Matt was a great person to deal with. He was very friendly and answered all the questions I had regarding the car and the purchase as well as handling my trade. Above all Matt showed me great respect as a buyer. Having previously sold cars for a living I was of course waiting for various gimmicks and tricks that I've experienced with buying cars in the past. Absolutely nothing of the sort happened at Cardinale Way. Matt took my information and provided me with very simple financing options for the vehicle. There was no hidden information, no confusing deals and no pressure. I even left for a bit to talk the deal over with a friend that owned the same car without anyone hassling me or trying to keep me from leaving. The deal was very straight forward. I was presented with options for down payment, financing terms and I was able to make a sound decision having all the facts. Matt also gave me a fantastic price on the car since I had been referred by a friend so it pays to know people who have purchased vehicles at this dealer! Since the car was at another dealership, additional work was necessary before I could take delivery. As it turns out, that dealership sold the car after having been told I was interested in it. No worries. Cardinale Way managers called me and assured me that they had located a vehicle in California (and it was even in the color I originally wanted) and they would take care of having it transported to Phoenix at no cost to me. The financing portion of the deal was also fantastic. I dealt with Todd who is one of their financing people and that experience was great. To begin, my previous experience with financing was it taking hours to get through. I was literally in and out of Todd's office in 30 minutes. He went over each document thoroughly and made sure my questions were answered. At no time did he pressure me into purchasing additional items after explaining the benefits to me and in cases where I already had such items (such as gap insurance) he moved on. He simply wanted me to have all the facts and let me make up my own mind! The car was delivered a few days later and was exactly how I expected it. Matt provided small details such as making sure I had the necessary registration paperwork and that I understood the car's features. This was the single most pressure free purchasing experience I have had with new cars. Matt was a huge help and everyone made sure I got the exact car I was looking for at a very competitive price. You would be doing yourself a disservice by not giving this dealership a chance to earn your business! Cardinale Way is also a big supporter of local Mazda clubs and as such they ensure their service goes beyond the initial purchase but making sure owning your Mazda is an experience and not a one time deal. More

My AC on my 2008 Mazda3 had gone out. I went to the dealer and had the pleasure of working with Nick, who took the car straight in to get the AC fixed. While my husband and I was waiting Gabe came down dealer and had the pleasure of working with Nick, who took the car straight in to get the AC fixed. While my husband and I was waiting Gabe came down and talked to my husband and I and asked if we would like to see if we could get into a new Mazda with lower payments. He then introduced us to Matt. Matt explained the whole process to us step by step, we picked a color that we liked we test drove it and by time we got back from our test drive we were approved for our new car. We were taken to Tom, who is very knowledgeable about the financing process. He explained every piece of paper we had to sign in detail. The whole process took no time at all to finish our paperwork. When we finished with Tom, Matt was waiting for us with keys in hand, a full tank of gas and a washed car. I had the best car buying experience with Matt, Gabe, Nick and Tom and I would and have recommended this dealership to friends and family. Oh and Nick fixed the AC on my old car so whoever buy the car will have a new AC unit. Thank you for the best service from a car dealer I have every had!!!!!! Danita Branson More

I took my son to get a car but he wasn't able to get one at the time. My husband had always wanted a truck so the opportunity presented itself for me to buy him a truck. I worked with Matt and Brian and they were able to get me a very good deal on the truck I wanted for my husband. They were knowledgeable about the truck, very understanding with the million questions I had and expalined everything in great detail to me. I took the truck for a test drive, came back and went into fiance met Todd who explained everything to me in detail, signed the necessary papers and was done in no time at all. I came out, Matt and Brian had the truck washed gased up and I was off. I have had the pleasure of meeting alot of people at the dealership and they are the most professional, knowledgeable and friendliest people I have every met. This is a dealership that will not be beaten. Working with Matt Shelton was a no pressure experience. I went looking for a sporty car and had been looking at the Mazda 3. Upon my arrival Matt assisted in with Matt Shelton was a no pressure experience. I went looking for a sporty car and had been looking at the Mazda 3. Upon my arrival Matt assisted in showing me new and used vehicles that fit my needs. When I found a new Mazda speed 3 Matt assisted in telling me the in's and out's of the car. As I test drove the car it fit my needs however it did not have the package that I wanted. Matt did not attempt to pressure me to buy this car instead he explained that he would find what I was looking for (color and package). Over the next week Matt stayed in contact via email (as I had requested him to do) and informed me that he had found the car I wanted. During the time my bank's dealer had contacted me informing that they had the same car. Being that the bank had an incentive pricing program I contacted Matt to see if he could adjust the price. Not only did Matt match the price his sales manager Gabe beat it. When I arrived to purchase the car Matt informed me that we could also look at different finance options other than my pre-approval from my bank. When I spoke with the finance manager he was able to get me a better intrest rate. Needles to say I got the car I wanted, a better intrest rate and personal attention. CardinaleWay Mazda is the best overall car buying experience that have had in the past 10 years! Matt Shelton was by far the best consultant that I have worked with.
