You couldn't ask for a better experience! We started with Matt and he was super, he showed us the cars we wanted to see, didn't push us in any direction and answered everything. Once it came time to numbers, Phil assisted in the sale, and worked with us perfectly to get a vehicle that met our needs, and met our budget. He was a pleasure to work with. Mama helped with our financing, and we really completed the overall terrific experience for us. She was everything you would expect from someone with the nickname "mama", sweet and friendly! This experience far exceeded what we would have ever expected buying a car. I highly recommend them! If you want a great sales person, call Matt and make an appointment! Then know that throughout the buying process you will be taken care of completely. More

When we walked into CardinaleWay Mazda we weren't even planning on buying a car, we were simply in the process of looking at crossover SUV's and heard the Mazda CX-9 was a great car. Our experience initially with Ramone and then Matt Shelton was outstanding. They were friendly without being pushy and did a great job of "soft-selling" and then left the decision up to us. My wife and I even completely disagreed on the type and color of interior that we wanted. Matt solved our problem immediately by finding a great compromise. When it came time to get down to the business of numbers and finance, George stepped in and was fantastic. He was very personable and did a great job. My dad and I went to Cardinale Way today with no intention of buying a vehicle. We just wanted to get some information. When we walked up, Matt gave us a very warm welcome, and explained the deals they had to offer. Within 10 minutes I test drove a Mazda 3 and fell in love with it! Given our situation, which we explained to Matt & Donny, they were very understanding and patient. They printed off the numbers which made it much easier to make our decision. We couldn't pass up such a great deal! SOLD! Because it was my first time buying a vehicle, George was very efficient on informing me with the finacial part of the deal. He is a finance guru! There were a few little things that I also liked about Cardinale Way, it was very clean, I was offered water and popcorn left and right and Christian music was playing! My favorite. My experience was wonderful, I am very happy with my purchase. :) More

I bought a CX7 used model and dealt with Matt Shelton. I highly recommend that you ask for Matt when in the process of buying a vehicle. He went above and beyond to ensure that the price and the product met my requirements and worked things internally to close the deal. The process went very smoothly and I did not feel the usual pressure that consumers experience from other dealerships. Matt has none of these typical and unfortunate trademarks that push away consumers. Matt’s responsiveness and good care made me want to do business and I encourage you to seek his advise when considering buying a Mazda product. Not only he is here to help you while buying the car but he remains available after the sale whenever you have questions or concerns. More

When I first arrived at Cardinale Way Mazda, I was very aprehensive about purchasing a car. I had had poor experiences in the past. However, I was greeted right away by Matt. He did everything possible to get me the car that I wanted. It took some time to get the financing part of the deal but during the entire time, I was made to feel very comfortable by Matt and Al. Al was helping with the transaction as well and I feel that they did everything they could to make this experience pleasant. They even brought a car to my work the next day for me to look as because I was unsure which one I wanted. That was over and above my expectations!!! I ended up purchasing one of the vehicles that I test drove the first day and am so very happy w/ my purchase. I would highly reccommend Cardinale Way Mazda to anyone and everyone! It was truly a great experience! Thank you!!! More
