We had searched the Valley for a week straight shopping all makes and models, looking to purchase 2 new vehicles for our twins. We arrived at Mazda and after one quick test drive we were instantly offered a great deal on the two cars we were interested in. No games, no back and forth, no BS, and no "surprise" dealer add-ons, just open, honest, and reliable communication. The general manager made himself readily available, was kind and helpful, and did everything he could to get us the best deals possible and our kids safely into two new Mazdas. We were very thankful to him and his service! Our sales associate was amazing as well! He made sure to answer all of our questions, and worked hard to help our teens finalize their choices on color and trim level. During delivery, I can honestly tell you I have NEVER seen two more beautiful cars ready for us to take home. They both were gorgeous, shined up like you wouldn't believe, and even re-shined up as we were in and out of them that evening. The attention to detail and customer service was top notch. We are THRILLED with our decision to go with not one but two Mazdas. The safety and convenience features on both vehicles can't be beat, and after our first road trip this weekend we continue to be blown away by what you get for your money with these vehicles. Stop shopping, and go to this dealer. Buy a Mazda, or two, you will not be disappointed! We could not be any happier with our experience, the cars, and the people who made it possible. We got to the point fast and for the price I had in mind! I spoke to around 5 dealers in the valley. Trying to locate a specific vehicle for my family. I had a deal lined up with Horne Mazda but at the end th I spoke to around 5 dealers in the valley. Trying to locate a specific vehicle for my family. I had a deal lined up with Horne Mazda but at the end the GM treated me so bad that I refused to purchase with them so I took a visit to CardinalWay in Mesa. They were quick and to the point. I explained where I was at with the other dealer and they said they could do the same deal($100 better) and give me the choice of more colors since they had a much better selection. This dealership actually cared for what I needed instead of looking at me as another commission check like the others. All of this within 15 mins of siting down with them! Matt Shelton, Donny Mortier and Mike Belcourt were the 3 that worked with me and I want to say thank you for getting us what we wanted and I appreciate Donny going the extra mile and I wish you guys the best. PS. If you get a chance to pick the back office person to do your paperwork make sure to go to Joean Senatore. She is by far one of the most energetic/exciting person I think I have ever met. My New Car Purchase Experience I needed to trade in my older Infiniti, and was ready to get into a crossover, rather than a sedan. The minute I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Matt Shelton and Donny Mortier, who were so friendly, and in minutes, I was test-driving a 2019 CX5. Those two guys, along with Corrie in Finance, went out of their way to explain every aspect of the car, and I left confident that I had gotten a great deal, with all the features that are important to me. Frustrating Experience but ended well l got online quote from Cardinaleway with no mentioned with financing only next to price in writing. Horne dealership specified very clearly quoted price with financing only. l did not want to finance so l went Cadinaleway. When l arrived at dealership after work 6pm. Mark Eaton my sales person was very friendly ,took me for test drive,.l wanted to pay cash for car,Manager Matt Larussa was unprofessional ,yelled at me stating the price good for financing only and it was stated in Very Fine Print at bottom of email.. I had been checking my email at work with my small screen cell phone and when l enlarged the screen to read the email, there's no way l can read those fine print at bottom page on my phone. If l would know price with financing only, l would have gone to Horne Mazda and paid $300 less. l felt been forced to financed the car.as l was not given other payment option. l was also told that my interest rate will be about 4% and the most l have to pay is $80 of interest if l pay off in 3 months. At finance office,Steve Marte was very professional ,friendly,not pushy like other finance managers l had in the past and gave me great discount for my extended warranty and paint protection. l had issue with my license plate and Steve M. helped me to get my plate back. When l found out that the financing bank charged me 6.3% interest instead of 4%.l was furious,tried to call dealership 6x times and no one get back to me. Finally, Steve M., returned my called, told me he is on my side, would talk to GM and help me to resolve my issue. He called back the same day,told me he spoke to GM and resolved my problem. l am very gratefull for his help. l also had great after sale service from Matt Shelton as l had problem using few of the new car features like Radar cruise control and Autohold..He is very friendly,patiently explained to me how to use new features and even went all the way out to do test drive on highway making sure l know how to use Radar cruise control. I am very grateful for his expertise and he took time to help me even he is not my sales person. ln future, l would definitely ask for price quote without financing so l won't have the same frustration at dealership again. More
