I told them my price range, and they showed me plenty of options without trying to make ridiculous up-sells. The cars I was shown were cleaned, detailed, and any relevant information was covered on the walk to the ones I was interested in. Matt Shelton made the choosing process very enjoyable, with a great attitude and friendly demeanor, he instantly made me much more comfortable than other dealerships I've worked with. When it came time to make the purchase, he and Steve Martel from Finance helped break down the entire process for me. With all my questions answered, and all my concerns taken care of, the entire sale was wrapped up quickly and easily. I had a great time at the dealership, the entire staff was fun to talk with, and I never felt pressured at any stage of the process. Surprisingly Easy to Work With My biggest dread of looking for a new car is dealing with the sales and the back and forth of making a deal. The salesman who assisted us was new to t My biggest dread of looking for a new car is dealing with the sales and the back and forth of making a deal. The salesman who assisted us was new to the business and it turned out I was his second sale and his first new car sale. Arron Gorny was honest and asked questions for us when he couldn't answer them and got help from one of the dealerships seasoned pros, Matt Shelton. Together they were able to make a deal to our liking with my trade in about an hour. They took my car on trade sight unseen because my car was in service for a recall. The finance dept. was easy to work with and I went home that day with a new car. No rude phone calls after telling me the pricing was different like I've gotten in the past and no hassle with not being able to bring my trade in until a week later. More
