A++ Customer Service I came in as a first-time car buyer looking to buy a Mazda, but I chose this dealership and Matt Shelton on a recommendation from my friend who mentio I came in as a first-time car buyer looking to buy a Mazda, but I chose this dealership and Matt Shelton on a recommendation from my friend who mentioned they were incredibly satisfied with their customer service in their past purchases. Matt delivered nothing short of the best experience I could ask for as a first-time buyer and made the process quick, painless, and overall an enjoyable experience, which is not what I expected from a dealership experience. Matt was incredibly informative about all of the features of the car I decided to purchase, and went the extra mile to even help me setup my bluetooth and show me the ropes of all of the new features before I drove away and he offered many times that I could reach out or stop by if I had extra questions. Matt made a hard decision easier to make for being a sincere and friendly man to work with. Prior to my visit, I spoke with CJ Johnson who reached out to me on the phone, and he was very pleasant and informative about the Mazda 3 car model I was interested in, and was helpful in letting me know when Matt would be working next. He was very sincere and not pushy which is great. Lastly, Chris Menkin was awesome to work out the numbers with - he keeps the energy positive and light instead of stressful, and worked to get a deal I think is fair. Overall, I had a perfect experience and I am incredibly happy with my new 2018 Mazda 3 and the price I got it for. I absolutely recommend this dealership. More

I have never dealt with a Mazda dealership in the past, but have dealt with many other dealerships, and it is often not a very good experience, and one i absolutely dread from past experiences. Matt Shelton was the nicest person i have ever met at a car dealership. He was very patient with me and my indecisive ways (ha ha) He took me on multiple test drives, and not once was he pushy with me on trying to make a sale. That is something i really appreciate, and something that does not happen very often on a car lot. At the end of the day, i purchased the car i wanted, and had such an awesome experience with Mazda. Thank you Matt for the outstanding service you provided me. You are awesome! If i could give you 10 stars and buy you lunch, i would! I love my new car and the service i received from you. More
