Terrible customer experience I purchased my car from morong 4 years ago. Salesman was nice, I forget his name but he is no longer there. I test drove the car for 30 mins and didn’t notice a vibration at specific speeds mostly 34 mph was the worst while cruising, any acceleration or deceleration the vibration was gone. I brought the car back to be checked out hoping morong would help me fix the issue. They refused to even put it on the lift to check it out. I brought my car to prime VW in Saco, Maine and met Matt Cox the best service rep. He has helped me with any problem that came up with my car. I will never bring my car to Morong Falmouth for service nor would I ever buy a car from them. More

Volkswagen has done an excellent job with this car.... style, responsiveness and interior finish are all superior. And the “transferable 72 month/72,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty should help keep the trade in value of the small suv higher than others. Norma and Anne were extremely helpful, responsive and transparent. They gave me their best trade in value for my Volvo right up front compared to another dealer who lowballed the first offer and kept calling back with small increased offers. Happy Happy Happy What a great experience buying a new car! We did our internet research and really knew what make, model and color car we wanted to buy. We located a What a great experience buying a new car! We did our internet research and really knew what make, model and color car we wanted to buy. We located a car in Mass (2.0 S Platinum Grey convertible) and almost purchased it, sight unseen, over the phone. But with all the hassle of registering an out of state vehicle in Maine, we decided to see if one was available locally. We found the perfect car at Morong VW in Falmouth. This one was a 2.0 SE grey convertible and cost about 4K more than the other car. We talked with Matt Sowles, the general manager, who referred us to John Phillips. We explained our situation and with just a little bit of negotiation we received a much better deal than the one in Mass, so we told John we would buy this car sight unseen. Since a nor’easter was supposed to hit early the next morning, we decided we would pick the car up in an hour. Jordan Lee Bolduc, the finance manager, immediately began working on our paperwork so it would be ready when we arrived. When we get to Morong we met Ann Cote, the sales manager, (and a very nice lady) who introduced us to John. John already had the car detailed (thank you detailer) so when we arrived it was sitting there gleaming. Jordan (another nice lady) took us into her office and finished all the signings of documents in twenty minutes. John then went over a few things about the car and away we went. This car is really for my wife, since she had a grey 2008 VW convertible that she liked a lot. She is super pleased with it and is looking forward to springtime and driving with the top down. Thanks to all the people at Morong for making this such a pleasant experience. More
