This was my first visit to Findlay Toyota for service, Matt was super helpful getting me checked in and keeping me informed during my visit. Service department is excellent. It's easy to make an appointment when you want it and the service reps are all very friendly and make you feel like a valued customer. Even though th It's easy to make an appointment when you want it and the service reps are all very friendly and make you feel like a valued customer. Even though there was a delay in ordering a part, I was kept informed of the expected delivery and completion of my service. I was also given a free loaner for the delay. I highly recommend Findlay Toyota. More

Matt, my service writer, was very knowledgeable and kept me updated. Your best ambassador to Findlay Toyota is James at the snack center. I watched James greet everyone who came for coffee or whatever with me updated. Your best ambassador to Findlay Toyota is James at the snack center. I watched James greet everyone who came for coffee or whatever with a kind smile and a good morning. People who came in with a frown, left with a smile after a short moment with James. He kept everything clean and neat. I was honored to spend time visiting with him. We need more people in the world like James. Thank you for having such a ray of sunshine to lift the spirits of people who are not always happy spending money to repair their vehicles but the greeting from James seemed to make the whole experience less painful. Well done James and Findlay Toyota. More
