They never miss an appointment and will always call if there is an issue dealership for over 10 years. The folks here are helpful and professional. Service The Service Technician was thorough and courteous. The only issue with this call had nothing to do with the dealership. The Extended Warranty representative was spread too thin and didn't show up for until the third day. This is no fault of Liberty Buick. I was given a loaner car to use during the 5 days it was in service. More

I had an amazing experience with Liberty. I was extremely unsettled by the thought of buying a new car, because I have had some bad experiences in the past. However, Nathan made everything easy and was very unsettled by the thought of buying a new car, because I have had some bad experiences in the past. However, Nathan made everything easy and was very reassuring about the whole process. I was very impressed and happy with the service I got from the entire team, from the first time I called up until they recently called me to check that everything with me new car was perfect. Nathan was especially helpful. I feel like they actually cared about getting me into a car that I loved at a price that I felt comfortable with. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. More

How you treat people matters. I've owned a lot of cars, the service at this place routinely sets a new low mark. No more Buick's for me. More
