THE WHOLE MANAGEMENT TEAM WAS AMAZING !!!!! Mat Tesa , John Reeves, Alonzo (just the best service adviser you will ever come across) I think the whole team works so hard and does such a great job because their GSM Tyler Mayberry knows not just how to treat clients but also how to find the best of the best for his team. I cannot say enough about this dealership and the level of trust they have earned from me. I am naturally not a trusting person when it comes to purchasing anything. I do my research and often find that I am being told things that don't match my research. Well, I am happy to say " NOT THIS TIME". I AM IMPRESSED BY THEIR HONESTY, HARD WORK, AND DEDICATION TO MAKE MY PURCHASE A HAPPY ONE. The F&I director was low pressure & transparent which is highly appreciated. As soon as I stepped in the door I received a friendly greeting by someone I thought was a salesperson but turned out to be the GSM which goes to show that at this dealership, great customer service is above no one! 5 Stars! More

After all the problems I had which is mentioned in a review on the Mercedes Gainesville site, I now find out 2 weeks later title work and warranty coverage has not been expected in fact the loan was just secured. I have good enough credit this should have been done. Mis advertised car Didn't do a proper inspection Didn't include down payment Didn't defer payment Did apply warranty I told them I didn't want And that's not all. Save time and headache there are other Mercedes dealerships around. Buy at your own risk. Watch very closely if you must. More

We came in yesterday without an appointment and was greeted by Julian he was friendly professional and not pushy at all (which is VERY important to myself and my husband.
