Sold me a 400k G wagon squared with a bad car fax history, when we bought it had a clear fax history and clean title that we signed, a few months later the bad history shows up and now won’t do anyth history, when we bought it had a clear fax history and clean title that we signed, a few months later the bad history shows up and now won’t do anything about it, so we have our attorney involved, car has lost 150k in value, so now we have a negative equity paper weight, if it didn’t have this history we would be able to sell it for the same price we paid for it!! We recently purchased a Mercedes Benz C 43 AMP 2 Door Coupe from this dealership. It started with the General Manager Jeff Wolfson who was extremely professional, greeted us at the front door with smile Coupe from this dealership. It started with the General Manager Jeff Wolfson who was extremely professional, greeted us at the front door with smiles and cold water (from our 1.5hr drive) and was very accommodating as we had to drive from Jacksonville to Gainesville in order to test drive the vehicle, as well as trade-in our current vehicle and didn't get there until after 5pm due to traffic. He had the car we were interested in completely detailed and ready for us to test drive just as soon as we pulled up. From there, we were introduced to Tom Scribner, Client Advisor, who knew every in/out detail of the vehicle and quickly took us for the test drive, which we loved. Next, we were off to meet with Gary Martin, Financial Services Manager to discuss terms of financing with Mercedes Benz. We liked what we heard; therefore, we pulled the trigger on financing directly with the dealership, even though we had already secured financing prior to arriving. All in all, we were there roughly 45 minutes, and in that time, we met with the GM, the Client Advisor (Sales), and also the Finance Manager to get the deal closed. I've purchased many vehicles over the course of my time driving (35+years) but never had I experienced such a level of service like the one here at Mercedes Benz of Gainesville. I would highly recommend this Dealership in Gainesville Florida to anyone in the market for a Mercedes Benz. Be prepared for NEXT LEVEL service! More

I traded in a car on a new car I was told it had all the options available. It did not they let me order a new car with all the options at MFSR, After I took a big loss on the first car they said was loaded options available. Then forced me to buy another used car to drive until the new one was delivered. They said it was the only way to save on the sales tax and keep the warranty. They charged me for extended warranty on the used car non refundable more sales tax nonrefundable dealer fees nonrefundable. I paid more taxes in the whole deal. My new car when it arrived cost me $20,000. more than the MFSR price. I tried talking, writing the owner Morgan Automotive Group and nothing all of the people that had something to do with the deal where fired and or quit (funny) And I got ripped off. That dealership goes through employees like you change socks. And the Morgan Group be careful of there financing and added warranties. Very sad for a Mercedes Benz Dealer more like a buy here pay here B lot. Very sad More
