We tried to get help from another dealer but they would not help at all , evidently they don’t live up to the Subaru community standards that are common among quality dealers , Five Star does ; they live up to their “ Community Commitment “ it’s not just a sales pitch , totally impressed ! By the way Cavender Subaru out of Norman Oklahoma made the arrangement to get us fixed up by Five Star , this was beyond amazing and Anthony ( the service manager) gets accolades for going above and beyond! And he put up with my bad mood and let me blow off some steam. Top notch service department. I only had recall work done here so I can't attest to their prices, but the experience was great. Didn't feel like they were trying to sell me on eve I only had recall work done here so I can't attest to their prices, but the experience was great. Didn't feel like they were trying to sell me on everything they could. They mentioned my vehicle needing brake pads and rotors resurfaced, but I told them I already had that scheduled to be done at the dealership I had just purchased my vehicle from less than a week before and that was all they mentioned. Even gave me a free car wash. Waiting room is fabulous, with a variety of comfortable seating and free snacks and drinks. Polite, smiling employees. Five stars for Five Star Subaru. More
