Matthew was my service advisor when I brought my 2022 Ascent in for its 60,000 mile service. I made an appointment for 4:15 p.m. When I brought my car in and met Matthew, he told me the service was goi Ascent in for its 60,000 mile service. I made an appointment for 4:15 p.m. When I brought my car in and met Matthew, he told me the service was going to take about eight hours. I didn’t have a way home and he provided me a loaner vehicle. I told him I had several items for work to deliver the next day. He said no big deal, which I was most appreciative. I also mentioned I live 50 miles from the dealership and had to drive to Corsicana the next day. Again, no problem!! I can't say enough about everyone at 5 Star Subaru in Grapevine. From the initial visit with Hayden Knowles to each and every service visit, everyone has been outstanding!! Thank you!! More

From beginning to end, I was given off and on notice as to how the process of fixing my car was going! I like that I can make appointment show up and everything is done with in an hour. They also changed my battery in my key fob.
